Do you have a minute? Or 30? So much has happened in the last month, this could take a while. Just when we suspected the construction would follow the trend of other hurdles that came before, to our joyful surprise, it’s been the speediest piece so far! That’s what we get for assuming not so positive things about the timing of construction. So, like a derecho, it crept up on us and then voila! Steep is here (pretty much).
The flooring is finished, the sign has been designed, the equipment has been selected and ordered, as has the furniture. If you follow us on Twitter or Facebook, the construction pics keep evolving and you can see the store taking on its personality. It’s growing up so fast! We couldn’t be prouder. The Certificate of Occupancy and a few administrative pieces are all that stands in the way of opening the front doors! While the doors will open the minute we are able, we are looking at a mid September Grand Opening event. So please stay tuned, loyal steeper, for more information on the big event.
